Electricity carried on the national transmission grid each year, 2000 to 2025, and how much of it was lost on the way, in gigawatt-hours. losses_pct_published is the share as the Commission prints it; losses_pct_computed is losses divided by electricity transmitted from the same table. The two agree except for 2010-2017, where the printed share does not follow from the printed figures (by up to 0.5 points, in both directions); use the computed share for a consistent series.
