Refund policy
Datasets are one-time purchases. Here is when we refund one, and how to ask.
1. Try before you pay
Access is digital and available as soon as payment clears, so we ask you to preview datasets and read the plan limits before you subscribe or licence access. Every dataset page shows its columns, a sample of real records and its source, free and without purchase.
2. When we refund
We will refund a payment in full when:
- you were charged but did not get the access you paid for;
- you were charged more than once for the same plan or licence;
- a dataset is materially different from its description and preview — for example, a column shown in the preview is missing — and you tell us within 14 days of paying for access that depends on it;
- we withdraw a dataset within 30 days of a licence that covered only that dataset;
- we close your account within 30 days of a payment for a reason that is not your fault.
Otherwise, because access is delivered immediately and data can be copied, payments are not refundable simply because you changed your mind. Your statutory rights are not affected.
3. How to ask
Email info@apighana.com from the address on your account with the dataset name, the payment reference (shown in your billing history), and what went wrong. We aim to decide quickly and will tell you the outcome by email.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back through Paystack to the card or account you paid with, in the currency you paid. Paystack and your bank decide how long it takes to reach you. When a purchase is refunded, access to that dataset is removed.
