How much burned where, month by month from 2000 to 2024: the number of vegetation fire detections NASA's MODIS satellites made in each Ghanaian district, how many of them were high confidence (80 or more), and their total and peak fire radiative power in megawatts. A district-month with no detections has no row. Gas flares and other static heat sources are left out, so the numbers follow the bush-burning season. Counts are satellite detections of 1 km pixels, not separate fires, and are consistent across the whole period because one instrument made them all. Built from NASA FIRMS (MODIS Collection 6.1), public domain. 28021 records.
