Ghana signs $28bn investment deal for phase two of Petroleum Hub Project at Jomoro
The Petroleum Hub Development Corporation has signed a $28 billion agreement with an international consortium to build phase two of the Petroleum Hub Project in the Western Region. The project is expected to start in Q1 2027 and supports the government's 24-Hour Economy programme.
