Ghana signs new labour deal to improve pay and benefits for nurses in Saint Kitts and Nevis
Ghana has signed an additional bilateral labour agreement with Saint Kitts and Nevis to improve conditions for Ghanaian nurses, including higher pay, health insurance and rent allowance, Foreign Affairs Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa said.
