Bagbin vows to name and shame anyone obstructing anti-LGBTQ+ bill passage
Speaker Alban Bagbin said he will publicly identify anyone who tries to obstruct passage of the Human Sexual Rights and Family Values Bill, and plans to seek a motion to rescind the House's earlier decision for a second consideration stage.
