Parliament questions Central RCC over GH¢14.9m payments made outside GIFMIS

The Public Accounts Committee questioned the Central Regional Coordinating Council over payment vouchers totalling GH¢14.88 million processed outside the Ghana Integrated Financial Management Information System.
