AG urges court to reject Adu Boahene's no-case submission in NSB fraud trial
The Attorney General has asked the High Court to dismiss the no-case submission filed by former NSB boss Kwabena Adu Boahene and his co-accused, arguing sufficient evidence exists to require them to answer the charges.
