The figure is the median price of a litre of diesel across the fuel companies that changed their price in the last two weeks, as collected by CediRates from the companies' own price boards. Each company's price is in the fuel_prices dataset.

The National Petroleum Authority sets a pricing window twice a month, on the 1st and the 16th, and the companies change their boards at those points. Between windows the figure moves only when a company adjusts on its own.
