Every pharmacy premises the Pharmacy Council of Ghana listed as in good standing in 2024 (list published 2025-02-10): 3622 pharmacies, one row each (the list's 3745 numbered rows less 123 repeats of the same licence and premises), with the licence number, business name, type (retail, wholesale, wholesale/retail, importing or manufacturing wholesale, hospital pharmacy), region and district; premises addresses are not included. The Council gives only the ten pre-2019 regions and often pre-2018 district names such as AMA and KMA, so the current region and district are filled only where they follow from the name; 1507 rows have no district and 18 no current region, with the Council's wording kept alongside. Over-the-counter medicine sellers are a separate register and are not included. Sourced from the Pharmacy Council, Ghana, published by the Pharmacy Council (no licence stated). 3622 records.
