Every health facility on the Health Facilities Regulatory Agency's list of facilities with a valid licence, dated 2025-10-10: 1778 facilities, one row each, with the facility type, ownership (private, public, CHAG mission, quasi-government), region, district, town and the date its licence expires (between 2025-09-23 and 2028-11-30). The list covers private facilities and the public and mission facilities that have been licensed, not every health facility in Ghana, so a facility missing from it is not necessarily unlicensed; and a licence valid on the list date may since have expired. HeFRA's district wording is kept in source_district_name; 20 rows name an old or ambiguous district and have no district. Two facilities appear twice on HeFRA's list and are kept as published.
